This Amendment is hereby entered into by and between Midwest Service and Sales Co., 602 Road 5, Schuyler, NE 68661 (hereinafter “Contractor”) and Lancaster County (hereinafter “County”), for the purpose of amending the Contract dated September 26, 2017, executed under County Contract C-17-0768, for Annual Supply - Grader Blades, Bid No. 17-212, which is made a part hereof by this reference.
