This Web Hosting Agreement (this “Agreement”) is between Velox Host LLC., a Limited Liability Company formed under the laws of the State of California with its principal office at 123 E 9th Street, Suite #311, Upland, California, 91786, United States (“Velox Host”) and the person (individual or legal person) whose signs Velox Host’s service order and set up form (the “Order”) incorporating this Agreement by reference (“Customer”). This Agreement governs Customer’s use of Velox Host’s Web hosting service.
