These Terms of Service (the "Agreement") contains important terms and conditions that apply to your Equity Trust Company ("ETC") Online Account ("ETC Account "). Please read this carefully and retain it for future reference. By using an ETC Account, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The terms "we", "us", "our", "ETC" and "Bank" refer to ETC. "You" refers to each person who registers for the Electronic Services. In addition to this Agreement, you agree to be bound by and will comply with the requirements of all ETC instructions, account agreements, and other disclosures and instructions issued by ETC, as each may be modified from time to time, as well as the rules and regulations of any funds transfer system to which ETC belongs, and all applicable local, state and federal laws, rules and regulations, all of which are hereby incorporated into this Agreement.
