THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into this 16th day of March, A.D. 2020, by and between the BOARD OF EDUCATION OF SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 54, Grundy County, Illinois, hereinafter called the Board, and Jessica Boe, a duly qualified teacher and Administrator, hereinafter called District 54 Associate Principal, ratified at a regular meeting of the Board of Education of Morris Elementary District No. 54, held on the 16th day of March, 2020, and as found in the minutes of said meeting.
