THIS AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between Williamson County, a political subdivision of the State of Texas (the “County”) and Williamson County Emergency Services District #7 (“ESD #7”), for establishing housing of County Emergency Medical Services (“EMS) and Personnel in the ESD #7 Florence Station. The County ESD #7 are referred to collectively herein as the “Parties,” or individually as a “Party.”
