The purpose of this Agreement is to provide an orderly collective bargaining relationship between the Company and the Union with respect to the Bargaining Unit as defined herein, to assure the prompt disposition of grievances and efficient operation of the Company business. The parties agree that all matters and proposals raised in collective bargaining have been disposed of, and no issues remain unsettled. No amendment, change or alteration shall be effective unless it is made in writing and signed by duly authorized representatives of the parties who have executed this Agreement.
