WHEREAS the Association, acting on behalf of its member Companies, and acting on behalf of certain other Employers with whom the Union has bargaining rights, pursuant to the Accreditation Order issued by the Ontario Labour Relations Board and the Union wish to make a common Collective Agreement with respect to certain employees of the Employers engaged in construction as defined in Article of this Collective Agreement and provide for and ensure uniform interpretation and application in the administration of the collective bargaining agreement;
