THIS AGREEMENT ENTERED INTO between the School Board of Independent School District 728, Elk River, Minnesota (hereinafter referred to as the School Board) and School Service Employees Local 284, of 450 Southview Boulevard, South St. Paul, Minnesota 55075 (hereinafter referred to as the exclusive representative) is pursuant to and in compliance with the Public Employment Labor Relations Act of 1971 as amended (hereinafter referred to as the PELRA), and to provide terms and conditions of employment for employees during the term of this Agreement. The term employees, as used herein, shall have that meaning as defined in Article 2 of this Agreement.
