Returning a signed copy of the present Publishing Agreement within 3-5 days from receipt is a precondition for the publication of the Contribution with Studia Universitatis Babeş-Bolyai (the “Journal”). In case of multiple authorship, each individual author shall sign the present Publishing Agreement. If the Contributor’s employer is entitled to copyright in the Contribution, an authorized representative shall sign the present Publishing Agreement, confirming the acceptance of the provisions stated hereby.
