This Agreement entered into by and between Vireo Health of Minnesota, LLC, aka Minnesota Medical Solutions, LLC, hereinafter referred to as the “Employer” and United Food and Commercial Workers Union Local 1189 hereinafter referred to as the “Union” has an effective date of January 1, 2017 (the “Effective Date”). The Employer and Union agree to the bound by the following terms and provisions covering wages and working conditions.
