This Master Sales Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made between an entity organized under the laws of Washington having an address at 2111 N. Molter Road, Liberty Lake, WA 99019, USA (“Itron”) and City of Richland, Washington an entity organized under the laws of Washington, having an address at 625 Swift Boulevard, Richland, WA, 99352 (“Customer”) on 4/02/2020 (“Effective Date”). Itron and Customer are collectively referred to as the Parties or a Party, as applicable.
