GTS and Gasunie Deutschland Transport Services GmbH in Germany(hereinafter referred to as GUD, together with GTS referred to as IOS Parties) have started a so called Integrated Open Season, hereinafter referred to as IOS, to assess whether their networks provide sufficient capacity. In case insufficient capacity is available for future required demand, IOS Parties will consider doing investments in new pipelines and other necessary facilities, required for the transmission of gas by IOS Parties in their respective grids.
