This Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between the CITY OF COPPERAS COVE, TEXAS (“hereinafter the “CITY”), a Texas home rule municipal corporation, and the INSERT ENTITY HERE a 501c3 corporation formed in the state of Texas (hereinafter the “INSERT ENTITY NAME HERE”).
