The BQRMB is first and foremost a marketing organization with a mandate to market the interests of paying partners with respect to tourism and resident attraction. It is noted that other organizations are tasked with ancillary purposes such as business retention, lobbying, product development, visitor services and business attraction. The BQRMB will work toward fulfilling the objectives of their current business plan which will have received the approval of the Board. This agreement is for the period of April 1, 2019 to March 31, 2023 and henceforth onwards until further agreement.
