Exhibit 99.2 STOCK PURCHASE AGREEMENT This Stock Purchase Agreement (the "Agreement") is made as of this 26th day of March, 2008 between Harrington West Financial Group, Inc., a Delaware corporation and registered unitary savings and loan holding company ("Company") and the person named on the execution page hereof ("Purchaser").
