This SEPARATION AND DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT, dated as of March 11, 2016 (this “Agreement”), is made and entered into by and between Armstrong World Industries, Inc., a Pennsylvania corporation (“AWI”), and Armstrong Flooring, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“AFI”).
