This Amended and Restated Intergovernmental Agreement for Ambulance Licensing and Inspection (this “Agreement”), dated for reference purposes December 1, 2019, is by and among the Colorado Counties of Adams, Arapahoe, Boulder, Douglas, Elbert, Jefferson and the City and County of Broomfield, and any additional county or city and county that executes this Agreement. Each county or city and county that is a signatory to this Agreement shall be referred to herein individually as a “Participating County,” and collectively as the “Participating Counties.”
