Upon signature hereof I/ we acknowledge that I/we have read, understood and agree to be bound by the General Terms and Conditions as well as Product Specific Terms and Conditions attached, which is relevant to the services rendered in terms of this agreement. I/We hereby consent to the Service Provider performing credit clearance verification and consent to the sharing of personal and/or business entity credit information. I/We further acknowledge that the activation of all services is subject to RICA and all other legal requirements governed by law.
