This document acts as an agreed upon Terms of Token Sale (“Terms”) between you (“Purchaser,” “You”) and Block Beats Token, Estonia (“BBDC,” “Company,” “we,” or “us”). Each of you and the Company are a “Party,” and together the “Parties.” You accept these Terms when you purchase BBDC (BBDC) tokens (“BBDC Tokens”).
