These STAY1000LX Limited Warranty, Maintenance and Support terms and conditions (the “SONIFI Limited Warranty”) are incorporated into and made a part of the Agreement entered into by and between the Parties. Capitalized terms not defined in this SONIFI Limited Warranty shall be given the meaning ascribed to them in the body of the Agreement, the Service Terms, the Free-to-Guest Programming Appendix (if applicable), the STAY1000LX Non-Exclusive Software License Terms and the SOW, and if not defined therein, words shall be given the meaning set forth in applicable laws and regulations, and if not defined therein, words shall be given their common and ordinary meaning.
