Rutherford County, TN hereby amends and restates effective January 1, 2018, a health reimbursement arrangement, known as the Rutherford County Health Reimbursement Arrangement (the “HRA”) originally established July 1, 1997, the terms of which are set forth in this HRA document. The HRA provides for the reimbursement of deductibles and copayments under the Employer’s group medical plan (or other medical expenses provided only to a Retiree as set forth in Appendix D of the Wrapper Plan) incurred by Eligible Employees, their spouses and certain eligible Dependents of such Employees of the Employer. The HRA shall be included as a benefit under and integrated with the Rutherford County Employee Benefit Plan (“Wrapper Plan”).
