This Master Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between the Regents of the University of Idaho, a public corporation and state educational institution, and body politic and corporate organized and existing under the Constitution and laws of the state of Idaho ("Institution"),  FORMTEXT  a corporation with its principal place of business in  FORMTEXT  and with authority to do business in the State of Idaho ("Contractor"), collectively the Parties.
