This grant agreement (“Contract”), dated as of the date the Contract is fully executed, is between the State of Oregon, acting through its Oregon Department of Administrative Services (“DAS”), and City of Sweet Home (“Recipient”). This Contract becomes effective only when fully signed and approved as required by applicable law (“Effective Date”). Unless extended or terminated earlier in accordance with its terms, this Contract shall expire October 1, 2024.
