Together with the “Smardii Defined Terms”, the “Smardii Supplemental Country-Specific Terms”, the “Smardii Order Form”, and the “Smardii Usage Guidelines”, this document constitutes the entire “Internet of Medical Things” (IoMT) Monitoring Agreement (the “Agreement”) entered into by and between Smardii, Inc., a Delaware Corporation with business address at 1221 Brickell Avenue, #900, Miami FL 33131, United States of America, and You as a Customer (so referred to as “Customer”, “Subscriber,” “You,” “Your” or a related capitalized term therein which shall refer to Your entity and/or any of its Affiliates as defined below).
