The modified Term shall be six years commencing on January 1, 2012, as further extended or unless sooner terminated in accordance with the other provisions of the Employment Agreement. For purposes of Section A of Exhibit A to your Employment Agreement, “the fifth anniversary of the date hereof” shall now read “December 31, 2017”.
