day of , 2020, by and between the City of Buda 4B Corporation also known as the Buda Economic Development Corporation, (“Buda EDC”), a Texas non-profit Type B Economic Development Corporation established pursuant to Chapters 501, 502, and 505 of the Texas Local Government Code, as amended (i.e., the Development Corporation Act, hereafter referred to as “the Act”), acting by and through its President; and the City of Buda, Texas (“City”), a Texas home-rule municipality with a population of less than twenty thousand, acting by and through its City Manager. Buda EDC and City are sometimes collectively referred to herein as “Parties” and individually as “Party”.
