This Master Agreement is issued by the Metro North Regional Employment Board “Primary Operator” under the authority of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) and the National Dislocated Worker Grant (NDWG) for the provision of individualized and training services for dislocated workers determined to meet the eligibility criteria set forth in this agreement. Upon execution (signature) of this Agreement by both parties and receipt of the executed Agreement by Primary Operator, the Work Statement description, Individual Training Account process, the payment schedule, the Terms and Conditions, and the Grievance Procedures will be incorporated by reference into any services provided by the training provider. Performance shall include services rendered, obligations due, costs incurred, or other commitments authorized under the Enrollment and Payment Procedures.
