This Agreement (“Agreement”) shall be deemed effective as of November 6, 2006 (the “Effective Date”), between Greater Communications Telephone Company, Inc. (“GCTC”), a corporation organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, with offices at 2233 Alleghany Ave., Philadelphia, PA 19132 and Verizon Pennsylvania Inc. (“Verizon”), a corporation organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania with offices at 1717 Arch Street, Philadelphia, PA 19103 (Verizon and GCTC may be referred to hereinafter, each, individually as a “Party”, and, collectively, as the “Parties”).
