This Agreement applies to all persons and entities who visit, use or access any of the Services (“Users”). By accessing or using the Services, you signify that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement, whether or not you are a registered user, partner, or customer of the Services. If you are accepting on behalf of your employer or another entity, you represent and warrant that you have full legal authority to enter into this Agreement on behalf of such employer or other entity and are able to bind such employer or other entity to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. This Agreement incorporates the WFX Privacy Policy and other Specific Terms of Service (defined below) as applicable.
