This SaaS Agreement (“Agreement”), effective as of the Effective Date set forth on the corresponding ordering document incorporating this Agreement by reference (each and “Order”), is entered into by and between ThingTech, Inc., a Delaware corporation, with its principal place of business located at 120 Ottley Drive, Suite E, Atlanta, GA 30324 (“ThingTech”), and the entity set forth in the applicable Order (“Customer”, and together with ThingTech, the “Party(ies)”). The Parties acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this Agreement and, upon execution, are legally bound by it. This Agreement includes the Terms and Conditions below, any Order referencing or otherwise incorporating this Agreement, and any schedules, exhibits, or other attachments incorporated herein.
