Unless superseded by an executed Purchase Agreement or other signed agreements executed between the parties, these terms and conditions contained herein, any files linked herewith, and any other attachments to this Purchase Order (“collectively the “Purchase Order”) constitute the complete and exclusive agreement between Jabil Inc., on behalf of itself and its subsidiaries and Affiliates (“Buyer” and/or “Jabil”) and Seller, on behalf of itself and its subsidiaries and Affiliates (“Supplier”).
