As the undersigned, you the Investor (hereafter called the "Interested Party") have requested certain oral and written information concerning the office properties at 620 Discovery Drive, 200 Clinton Avenue and 7037/7047/7057/7067 Old Madison Pike, Huntsville, Alabama (the "Property") owned by Huntsville NYL, LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company (together with its affiliates, "Owner") in connection with the Interested Party's analysis of a possible acquisition of the Property (the "Proposed Transaction") by the Interested Party. Owner and its broker, Colliers International - Atlanta, Inc. (“Colliers”), anticipate furnishing the Interested Party with Evaluation Material (hereafter defined) regarding the Property, the Property’s Tenant and Owner.
