The Oak Hill Union Local Board of Education recognizes the Oak Hill Union Local Education Association/OEA/NEA as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent and representative for the members of the bargaining unit. The "bargaining unit" consists of all full-time and regular part-time certified/licensed staff members, including LD tutors (regularly scheduled to work 20 hours or more per week), school nurse, athletic director/teacher, or others employed by the Board under regular teaching contracts. In this agreement, members of the bargaining unit are also referred to as "teacher" or "employee." Elsewhere in this agreement, any reference to "certificated" shall mean "certificated/licensed;" "certified" shall mean "certified/licensed;" "certification" shall mean "certification/licensure;" and "certificate" shall mean "certificate/license." Excluded from this bargaining unit and not subject to the terms of this agreement are the superintendent, principals, treasurer, assistant superintendent
