The Agreement is made and entered into this day of , 2010 by and between the City of Novi in Oakland County, Michigan hereinafter referred to as "The City", and the Command Officers Association of Michigan, hereinafter referred to as "The Association", or "Union". It is the desire of both parties in this Agreement to continue to work harmoniously and to promote and maintain high standards between the City and its command officers, hereinafter referred to as "Officers", which will better serve the citizens of the City of Novi.
