("BA"), a Maryland corporation with offices at 1 East Pratt Street, 8th Floor, Baltimore, Maryland 21202, and American PCS Communications, L.L.C. d/b/a APC ("APC"), a Delaware Limited Liability Company with offices at 6905 Rockledge Drive, Suite 100, Bethesda, Maryland 20817.
