The undersigned ("Seller") hereby employs Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services ("Broker") and grants to Broker, for a period of time (the "Term") commencing on April 9 , 20 18 , and ending at midnight on December 31 , 20 18 , and subject to extension as set forth in paragraph 17 below, the exclusive and irrevocable right and authority to sell that certain real property (the "Property") located in the City of Sacramento , County of Sacramento , State of California, and more particularly described as follows:
