This Agreement for AppBuilder.cloud Cloud Services ("Agreement") contains the terms and conditions that govern your access to and use of the Services (as defined below). The Effective Date is the date/time you click an “I accept” button or check box presented with these. As used herein, “you”, “your” or “Customer” shall refer to the entity identified on the Contact Information section of the Website.
