This Terms of Service Agreement (TOS) contains important information regarding your purchase of electricity. Your contract for service with Peso Power includes the following: this Terms of Service (TOS); the Electricity Facts Label (EFL); Your Rights as a Customer (YRAC); and the Prepaid Disclosure Statement (PDS). The entire agreement between Peso Power and the customers is represented herein and supersede any prior understandings, whether verbal or written.
