These Dell APEX Terms for Channel End Customers (the “Agreement”) establishes the terms and conditions under which Dell (defined below) will provide the Dell Technologies “APEX” branded service (“APEX Service”) and any other related Dell Technologies service(s) purchased with the APEX Service (“Related Service”) to a Channel Partner and governs End Customer’s access and use of the APEX Service and Related Service.
