The Health and Human Services Commission (“HHSC”) and Austin-Travis County MHMR dba Integral Care (“Grantee”), who are collectively referred to herein as the “Parties” to that certain Mental Health Coordinated Specialty Care (“CSC”) grant contract effective June 1, 2016, and denominated HHSC Contract No. 2016-049446-001 (the “Contract”), as amended, now desire to further amend the Contract.
