This Agreement is entered into between the Advanced Technology International hereinafter referred to as the ''Consortium Management Firm (CMF)," and Novavax, Inc ., hereinafter referred to as "Project Agreement Holder." Inc, hereinafter referred to as "Project Agreement Holder."
