This Operating Agreement of PAW PODS, LLC, a Michigan limited liability company (the "Company"), is made and entered into as of the 2nd day of June, 2016, by and among Benjamin Riggan and James Parrelly III as Managers on behalf of the company, and the parties listed on the attached Exhibit A, as Members, effective as of the date on which Articles of Organization for the Company were filed with the Department of Labor and Economic Growth. Certain capitalized terms used in this Operating Agreement are defined in Article 10 below.
