Eastern Connecticut State University (ECSU) and the Community-Technical College System (CTC) are committed to a strong, formal, coordinated transfer and articulation system which will be of great benefit to students transferring from CTC to Eastern. It is in the spirit of good faith, mutual respect, and commitment to the ideals of higher education that the parties agree to cooperate in expanding and optimizing opportunities to these transfer students.
