This End-User License Agreement (this “Agreement”) is a legal contract between you, on behalf of yourself and any entity for which you have obtained the product identified above (collectively “Licensee”) and Logitech Europe S.A. (“Logitech”) for the product identified above which includes computer software and, as applicable associated data, media, printed documentation provided in “online” or electronic form (collectively, the “Software”). Logitech and/or its affiliates, licensors, and assignees own all proprietary right and title including copyrights in and to the Software and all copies thereof (including without limitation all images, video and audio text incorporated into the Software) and accompanying media and printed materials, which are protected by the U.S. Copyright and International treaties. The copying of the Software or any portion thereof is strictly prohibited by these laws and treaty provisions.
