This Agreement governs the possible selection and distribution by WIN of Talent’s digital photographs (“Images”) through licensing formulas (“Collections”) provided by WIN and approved below by Talent. WIN at its sole discretion, decides through which Collection(s) Accepted Images will be licensed, provided that Talent has approved representation in the Collection(s).
