Extracurricular activities instill great values like teamwork, responsibility, and a sense of community. This written agreement serves as an opportunity to participate in 6th Grade Floor Hockey. It also serves as a reminder of the Cold Spring R.O.A.R. behaviors that are expected of me. I understand that my participation in extracurricular activities may be revoked if the established rules of Cold Spring Elementary are not followed. This includes, but is not limited to, bus behavior and behavior within the building during the school day.
