This Class Action Settlement Agreement and Release (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of this day of April, 2019, by Charles Handly and Kevin Reuss (“Plaintiffs”), on behalf of themselves and the Settlement Class, as defined below, and Defendant Porcelana Corona de Mexico, S.A. de C.V. f/k/a Sanitarios Lamosa S.A. de C.V. a/k/a Vortens (“Porcelana”), to settle, fully and finally, all of the claims that have been or could have been brought in two putative class-action lawsuits against Porcelana relating to certain toilet tanks described below.
