This Service Provider/Professional Services Agreement - Cyber (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of this day of , 2022, by and between PARK CITY MUNICIPAL CORPORATION, a Utah municipal corporation, (“City” or “Park City Transit”), and AVAIL TECHNOLOGIES, INC., a Pennsylvania corporation, (“Service Provider”), collectively, the City and the Service Provider are referred to as (the “Parties).”
