This Addendum is incorporated into the Employee Agreement: Branch Manager (“Branch Manager Agreement”) between American Financial Network, Inc. (AFN) and Employee with the effective date entered above and supersedes all previous addenda for Branch Margins. This Addendum in no way should be read/interpreted to modify or contradict the Employee Agreement or for a Producing Branch Manager, the Loan Officer Agreement.
