This Agreement (“Agreement”) shall be deemed effective as of March 4, 2002 (the “Effective Date”), between Snappy Phone of Texas, Inc. (“Snappy Phone”), a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Texas, with offices at 6901 W. 70th Street, Shreveport, Louisiana 71129 and Verizon North Inc., f/k/a GTE North Incorporated and Verizon South Inc., f/k/a GTE South Incorporated (“Verizon”), a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Wisconsin with offices at 8001 West Jefferson, Ft. Wayne, IN 46804 (Verizon and Snappy Phone may be referred to hereinafter, each, individually as a “Party”, and, collectively, as the “Parties”).
